Goods purchased in good conditions are not necessarily returnable after payment. Perishable goods purchased and paid are not returnable after payment.
However, for our distributors and bulk buyers, return policy applies.
In deciding our return policy, we put into considerations the nature of the goods ordered, the reasons for the return; these are two key factors that we consider in granting returns and refund to customers.
As a general principle, we accept defective goods and refund their full value within 14days of purchase for non perishable goods only.
We can also exchange non perishable goods that are returned as a result of customer’s poor choices provided that the said goods are sealed and as clean as in the day of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept any returns that are more than 14days regardless of the reason except for our bulk buyers and distributors.
For Bulk purchases and distributors, we can accept returns and offer replacements provided that the goods are in sellable conditions, that the seals are in perfect condition, and that the packaging is as neat as of the day of purchase. Once those conditions are met, we replace the goods or offer refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
